Faresh is the driving force behind Blueberry’s success, having founded the company more than 18 years ago at Leeds Beckett University’s (LBU) business hub. What started off as a handful of enterprising individuals has flourished into a thriving 60 plus team. People are at the heart of everything Blueberry does and the cosmopolitan team, which includes several multi-lingual marketeers, is actively encouraged to pursue their passions and career goals.

As an Enterprise Entrepreneur in Residence with LBU, Faresh represents the university at Small Business Charter events. He coaches and mentors its students to develop their own business ideas, leadership skills and ultimately launch their own businesses. In fact, he’s empowered many of his own employees to do just that.

As a primary school parent governor, the father-of-two takes a keen interest in ensuring the children, teachers and parents in his care have a fantastic school experience. This commitment also applies to his role as Enterprise Advisor with Carr Manor Community School. Faresh inspires and prepares youngsters for the world of work, creating career opportunities and connections with potential employers.
