Pamela is practically part of the furniture, having helped launch the business 18 years ago. A doer and lover of all things Blueberry, the mother-of-two even met her husband at work! Describing herself as a “true optimist,” Pamela puts people at the heart of everything she does. In 2015, she scooped the coveted CIM Studying Member of the Year Award for the Yorkshire region. She has since worked on numerous high-profile campaigns with Transport for London, Harper Collins and The National Teaching Awards.

A keen traveller, Pamela spent a year studying in Granada, Spain as part of her BA Hons Spanish & Literature degree and has journeyed across Europe, China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Borneo and Thailand.

One of Pamela’s greatest sporting triumphs was representing England for the Women’s Under 18s Rugby Union Squad against Canada in her youth. She also raised £1.5K for Prostate Cancer by running the Chester Marathon. Despite loving music of all genres, deep down she’s a bohemian hippy chick, but admits she’s too old to wear tie-dye and crazy colours in her hair.
